No – individual homeowners are not allowed to have personal estate sales, yard sales or  garage sales. The board schedules community-wide garage sales twice a year, typically in the fall and spring. Details will be emailed to all of the homeowners when dates become available.

Per our rules and regulations “Basketball goals are not permitted within the community.”

Homes in Sweetwater Glen may not be listed for short-term rentals, for use as an Airbnb or made available as a homestay property. No lease in Sweetwater Glen may be for less than 6 months, per the CCRs.

Yes – please send your request to info@psprop.net and provide your details (name, address, date and time)

Yes – both the CCRs and city regulations require dogs to be on leash at all times. This can be a very difficult thing to enforce as we would need to know who the owner is to be able to begin any CCR enforcement. Police officers can also cite people for having their dog off leash, but they have to be present to do so.

You can login to the Sweetwater Glen homeowner portal by clicking here. You will use this portal to find all documentation necessary to understand the CCRs and community bylaws. All official documentation can be accessed on the portal as well as the application for ARC requests for any architectural change to your home.

All homeowners in Sweetwater Glen belong to the home owners association. The organization helps maintain and support the Sweetwater Glen neighborhood common areas and facilities, as well as enforcing CCR’s. PS Property Management is the management company hired by the HOA to fulfill various duties which cannot be handled by the volunteer HOA board. PS Property Management operates under the direction of the board.

Per our contract with Waste Connections, we schedule two bulk pick-up’s per year, with one the Spring [April] and one in the Fall [October]. Details will be emailed to all of the homeowners when dates become available.
